Weapon Fire is a browser-based Flash action shooter that sends you on a stand against waves of deadly enemies with a wide range of weapons to stop them with. It lives up to the violent, fast-paced and action-packed nature of most stick men games throughout all 7 of its gameplay modes and an unlimited number of levels to beat.

The game is characterized by its enemies, ranging from slow and stupid to fast and tricky. Zombies move at the pace of a turtle, but have a huge health pool and severe damage-dealing capability in store for you. Knights prefer to charge at you at a great speed, but are surprisingly the weakest units in the game if you don’t hit their shield. Then there are some sorts of purple ninja people, as well as marksmen with actual firearms and grenades to shoot you with.

Like all stick men games, Weapon Fire begins with a choice of a gameplay mode. The Adventure Mode is your default choice, which sends you into the thick of things against dangerous enemies and multiple stages with nothing but a pistol and Uzi to defend yourself with. You are able to collect additional weapons and equipment as you proceed further, until you can beat the game. Once you’re through, there are still 6 other gameplay options to explore.

Survival Mode will put you in the middle of a floating strip of land with constant enemy waves attacking from both sides. There are three variations of the standard gameplay mode, two of which only have zombies or knights coming at you in ever-increasing numbers, as the third invites every threat encountered in the standard game.

Destruction Mode is a similar to tower defense genre of stick men games, requiring you to defend a set of fragile boxes against enemies who are out to destroy them. There are two difficulty levels, one of which gives you 10 boxes to protect, while the other only has one.

Weapon FireTo even the tides, you are given every single weapon available in the game, with constant supplies of health packs and ammo from dead enemies. Your arsenal ranges from a sniper rifle to sting rocket launcher. Even the Flak cannon from Unreal Tournament makes an appearance. The only game mode that doesn’t let you play around with these weapons is Nade Dodger Mode, where you can deal no damage and are left to avoid enemy grenades by running and jumping around the map.

All in all, this is an extremely engaging and interesting game to play right from your browser window, but there’s no use simply talking about it. Take a break from reading, ready your mouse and go play Weapon Fire!
